When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and any information you choose to share about your project. We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a home survey and provide a written quote. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not send unsolicited marketing follow-ups.
Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR, we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and, where you become a customer, contractual necessity.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Customer records (quotes, invoices, install notes) are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and guarantee obligations.
